As of late 2022 this project has been paused (not cancelled) until I have more time and energy to work on it. Will keep the site up, and I really appreciate everyone that showed interest and supported the project!

LORE
Ruemiri is a realm found only in deep slumber, when one drifts into the space between life and death. It can't be actively sought, but those who claim to have touched its grounds find trouble describing the feeling it invokes. To some it feels like a peacefully silent sanctuary, or like a distant lost memory that is almost nostalgic, while others recall painful nightmares the likes of which few have ever felt.
The biomes of Ruemiri are muted, dreary, and surreal. The few colors that can be found are bright, shining, and draw the nearby creatures to them like moths to a flame. These appear to be food sources that are desperately sought out.As for the creatures, they all differ from each other in some way, coming in every shape and size. Some prefer to feed only on one source of energy, but others are less picky. Healthy ones glow bright with light and may find themselves preyed upon for their energy if not quick or clever enough. Larger, more powerful creatures shine brilliantly with a spectrum of colors.
